We signed all the paper work with Rusty Monday evening to get our house on the market. Rusty is taking pictures friday afternoon, but our listing should be posted Thursday. I did a deep cleaning of the house today and it looks much better after I did that. There are still a few items I would like to take care of but it isn't anything that will keep me from feeling confident about showing the house. We are thanking God for the rain we have recently received. This will make our roses and our new bushes look really nice for Rusty's pictures.
I really don't think the house will sit on the market long. That is my hope anyway. I'm still shooting for moving before Christmas. Wish us luck!
