One Week...

One week from tonight and we will be moved out of our house and temporarily at Chris and Marilyn's until the house closes on Wednesday and we are able to move ourselves and the animals to Smyrna. The house is coming along (But not without A LOT of phone calls from Me and Rusty making sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to.) The builder had some workers come in Friday to lay our sod and put top soil down. They gave me one days notice to purchase my sod and blocks for under the deck. They did the bare minimum work to get the sod laid. We had Jerry come back out on Saturday and move our sod within the fence able area due to the utility easement. Thank you Bryan for helping us figure out how much sod is needed!! Ben says the sod looks really good now that Jerry has gone out there and moved it and added the sod staples. He is going to come back out tomorrow and add some fill dirt where the water run off has made huge holes in the yard.

The fence guys gave us a quote and are coming out Saturday to dig the holes for the fence posts and will finish our fence on Monday before the closing. We still have not heard anything from the buyer about the house appraisal. We are assuming that everything is ok since the bank wont tell us anything.

So our schedule is as follows:
Tuesday move out of the house completely.
Wednesday - Close on BOTH homes
Wednesday Night/Thursday - move into Smyrna house!!

Of course any and all of this might vary because of Ben's new 24 hr schedule. We are not sure yet which shift they are putting him on. So that's where we stand.
