Rutherford Co. EMS

Ben started his orientation this week with Rutherford County EMS. I think he is going to really like it there. Monday he found out that he will get enough work through Rutherford County so he will be quitting Spring Hill. I'm grateful for this because he won't have to drive as far. They drove around the county today to see some of the stations and meet get their ID badges. Ben was sworn in today as an assistant Coroner. Rutherford County gives paramedics the right to pronounce time of death in the absence of the coroner or a doctor. He also got to meet with the special ops medical team for the county. Ben found out some more information on the S.W.A.T medics. He might be able to get his foot in the door and become one of the medics for the tactical team. Ben would LOVE that! So we'll see if they let him do it since he is only part time.

Other than that, we are looking forward to the beach vacation coming up. Hopefully the economy wont crash and there will be a beach and condo for us to visit. ;)
