I pre-drilled holes for my dowel rods that were going to hold the ribbon spools.
Now some black spray paint
Add the dowel rods...
Now all I needed to do was add my ribbon. Easier said than done...the dowel rods were a tight fit, especially with the paint on them. This rack perfectly fit all my ribbons. Isn't it great??!!
